Cancellation Policy
Class Source is proud to offer quality tutoring services to the Home Education community in a variety of subject areas. Our tutors will reserve their time and talents for your student at an agreed upon date and time after registration and payment arrangements are completed via our website and/or the payment method of your choice. Tutoring is reserved in 4 session increments. Single sessions are not available with the exception of a student enrolled in a class who schedules a private session due to missing a class date. This is arranged directly with the instructor. If a student cannot make a tutoring session, the parent must contact the tutor 24 hours before the session or the session will be lost with no refund. Tutors will make arrangements to make up that session within the next 2 weeks. Sessions cannot be made up after that. In the case of an emergency that cannot be avoided such as illness or calamity, the session will not be lost but must be made up in the next 2 weeks. Students who continually do not show up for tutoring will be released and that time spot will be given to another student on our waitlist. We want to make good use of our tutor’s time and talents.
