Course Objectives
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
-Explain core concepts of mindful thinking and the role of cognition in learning and wellbeing.
-Apply practical strategies for improving memory, habits of thought, and study routines.
-Assess personal thinking patterns and identify strengths and areas for growth.
-Implement tools from the text to foster resilience, emotional regulation, and meaning in life.
-Reflect critically on the impact of thought on performance, relationships, and goals.
-Demonstrate improved self-awareness through reflective writing, projects, and discussions.
