COURSE DESCRIPTION

In this course, we will explore the fundamental principles of physics from using Apologia’s Exploring Creation with Physics as our core curriculum. This course aims to help students understand the laws governing matter and energy.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

In this course, we will cover: • Kinematics and Dynamics: Motion, forces, and Newton’s Laws. • Work and Energy: Potential, kinetic, and conservation of energy. • Momentum: Impulse, collisions, and conservation of momentum. • Electricity and Magnetism: Circuits, Ohm’s law, and magnetic fields. • Waves and Optics: Sound, light, reflection, refraction, and lenses. • Introduction to Modern Physics: Relativity and atomic theory basics.
